Reiki ONE – A Grounded Approach to Reiki for Everyday Life

This five-week Reiki Level I training is designed to help you build a genuine relationship with Reiki through experience—not just information. Together, we’ll explore the history and foundations of Reiki, develop an understanding of energy through direct practice, and learn how Reiki can become a simple, supportive part of everyday life.

Rather than an intensive weekend packed with information, this class is intentionally spread over five weekly sessions, allowing time to practice, reflect, and integrate what you learn between classes.

You’ll receive:
Reiki Level I Attunement & Certification
A grounded understanding of Reiki and energy
Practical self-care and stress reduction techniques
Trauma-informed, compassionate instruction
Guidance for creating a sustainable daily Reiki practice

No experience is necessary, and you don’t need to be “spiritual,” intuitive, or have any special abilities to begin. Just bring your curiosity and a willingness to learn.
